This is a group assignment OVERVIEW: You have been made a Project Manager in charge of a system development project that is aimed at developing a client/server application that allows people to split and track costs and debts. The client portion of the application will run on an android device. The project is being funded by the Vice President of Mobile Apps. Other stakeholders include the VPs of the Legal department, Users, Hardware, and Finance. Along with the new position you get: • A development team to work with on the project • A software requirement specification (SRS) document • A cost estimate and service level agreement for the system. • A systems analysis and design document for the project. The software requirements specification (SRS) document is posted on BB. Please note: The requirements specification document (which includes some user interfaces) has been picked up from the web and it's used as a reference only for this exercise; it has been created by another organization). Page 5 of the requirements specification document will give you a quick overview. Appendix B (page 45) gives you more details. Please read appendix B carefully. Your team consists of developers, systems analysts, designers, and testers; a breakdown of skill/expertise required for development is included on page 42 of the requirements document. Ensure to read the Entire SRS document to understand the requirements clearly. Your assignment is divided into four (4) parts, you must complete the entire parts of this assignment. 1. Focusing on the six (6) core features as specified in the case study, create a summarized Project Plan for the project indicated in the SRS. You should review your Project Plan with all your group members prior to submission. 2. From the entire six (6) core features as a whole, draw a systems use case diagram identifying at least twelve (12) use cases with their corresponding functions and associated actors in the overall system, focusing only on the six (6) core features. Your twelve (12) use cases can be two (2) from each of the six (6) core feature or as you desire, but they must be relevant to the systems requirements as detailed in the SRS. 3. For each identified use case in your diagram, prepare a detailed use case specification providing full description of the use cases. 4. Describe how you would design the user interface following the six (6) Principles of User Interface Design as discussed in class.
