The course is organized into three modules, each containing a set of lessons:

Module One: consists of three Lessons, introducing you to some of the essential concepts of leadership, management, and followership and power and politics in organizations; nursing roles and staffing; healthcare in the Canadian context; and change and healthcare culture.
