Analyze two power concepts presented in the article and relate them to how you personally dealt with power conflict situations in your past. Use the Gibbs’ Cycle to reflect on a personal conflict you had with power. Make sure to define what power is in the evaluation section. Academically discuss two power terms from Hughes et al and the Bal et al in the analysis, conclusion, and action plan sections. • Evaluate your actions as a leader in training in regard to the conflict and power (define power 1 par, discuss how power helped (1 par) and created or made the situation worse (1 par) • Thoroughly define two types of power in the analysis section, fully unpacking each term for one full paragraph per term.
