In-depth Critique and Recommendations for Sound HR Practices

What type of HR initiatives does the business currently have in place?  Has this allowed the business to hire the “best” people?  Is the business setting itself up for success? These questions and others will be answered in this section of the summative project.  
You will be asked to research and analyze the current HR practices of your business.  This may be a challenging aspect because some businesses are very secretive of their HR practices.  
Overall, you will be compiling a report on one of the two following options:
1.Create an in depth critique on whether the business has implemented sound HR practices to ensure that they are hiring the best human capital for their business and if not, you must provide recommendations on possible ways to improve/correct the situation.  

2.If you are finding information hard to attain, then your job will be to focus on providing analysis and a recommendation(s) on what your research shows to be the best current business practices to attract (recruit & select), develop (train, develop & appraise), and maintain (compensation & benefits) a quality workforce.
Those students in the IBT program must incorporate one of the following items into the report:
A.What sources of technology is the company in question using in the selection & recruitment of employees
B.What sources of technology are being used in developing or maintaining a quality workforce
C.Does the business in question utilize International assignments (IA) as a means to maintain a quality workforce?
