Business ethics is one of the most important aspects in ensuring that the overall business operates in the right direction and in order to survive in the long-run it is extremely important for a business enterprise and its management to specifically look into the ethical framework of actions (Parboteeah & Cullen, 2018). As an effective business leader the primary leadership goals that I personally believe must be inculcated in individuals’ include a strong sense of moral in doing business. Having the capability of analysing the right and the wrong even in the most challenging times is exactly what makes a leader an idol for the rest of the team. This is one of the most important leadership goals that I feel I have been able to cultivate in my workplace behaviour.
