Developing Personal Ethical Vision Statement - Part 2

Business ethics is one of the most important aspects in ensuring that the overall business operates in the right direction and in order to survive in the long-run it is extremely important for a business enterprise and its management to specifically look into the ethical framework of actions (Parboteeah & Cullen, 2018). Hence in this aspect it is very important for the management to analyse the personal ethics values and objectives of the individuals involved in the business along with their aspirations and future business objectives.

As an effective business leader the primary leadership goals that I personally believe must be inculcated in individuals’ include a strong sense of moral in doing business. Having the capability of analysing the right and the wrong even in the most challenging times is exactly what makes a leader an idol for the rest of the team. This is one of the most important leadership goals that I feel I have been able to cultivate in my workplace behaviour. Apart from this Time Management (Muff, Liechti & Dyllick, 2020) is yet another important aspect of my leadership abilities that I am confident about which has helped me derive better results at workplace as well as helped me build my credibility as a team leader in several projects. Lastly it is my adaptable nature of my workplace flexibility that has actually enabled me to function better and help my team members effectively communicate with me while working as a team lead.

In terms of collaborating with other or working as a team I believe that my work place flexibility and my adaptable nature has actually enabled me to form stronger team relations and minimise existing psychological barriers that often disrupt the smooth functioning of a team. The aspect that I value most when it comes to work or vocation is professionalism. It is very important for a professional to actually build this aspect in his work attitude, activities as well as in his overall body language (Gündemir et al. 2017) that will enable him to gain more confidence from others as well as help him succeed in the longer run. Over the course of several units, you will construct your ethical vision statement to assist you in future and present encounters you are faced with in both your personal and professional life.

Part 2. Discovering Your Beliefs and Practices and Clarifying Why Identify your beliefs and how these beliefs impact your ethical behavior. Identify what the most important five beliefs you have are. Clarify your belief and practices in terms of acting ethically.

Present an argument why you chose these ethical principles. What makes these important to you and in your future business dealings.

Identify what your core values are that guide the way you work and make decisions. What challenges you face or anticipate facing in living these beliefs. The statement should articulate what you strive to be as a business professional, including: What influences your actions and interactions with others and your organization;

Demonstrate how you would put these guiding ideals into practice; and How this statement will serve as a guidepost for decision making The paper should follow the APA guidelines for format and citation.
