Your friend Asha Menon operates a small trading business buying and selling antique furniture called Bosle Enterprises. They deal in very high value items and sales are not frequent. Apart from herself, Asha employs two staff. Asha has heard about Xero and is keen to adopt it for her business and asks you to advise her. When you look at Romney and Steinbart, chapter 20, it appears to be aimed at large corporations and you are not sure how relevant it is to small businesses. However, a classmate has suggested that a feasibility analysis might have some relevance but physical design won’t have any.

Required:

(i) Discuss at least three aspects of a feasibility analysis (p.651 on) which may be applied to assessing the suitability of Xero to Bosle Enterprises.

The physical design (p.647) lists aspects to be considered under this heading. Discuss whether any aspects of this might require looking at if Xero is to be adopted.
