SHEM7 Client Based Study

The CBS assignment consist of 2 parts. Part 1 for Assignment 1 is the CBS Final Report (75%) and Part 2 for Assignment 2 is the Project Descriptor Final Report (25%). The dateline for the Project Descriptor Final Report is on 17 July 2020 and the dateline for the CBS Final Report is on 17 July 2020. The scope and content of the reports are explained and covered in the CBS Guide. Please read the CBS Guide carefully and thoroughly. All final assignments must be submitted on-line in Blackboard by 17 July 2020. All assignment reports must follow the Harvard Referencing technique. Every student need to find a host company and get their company approval to conduct the project. If student cannot find a host company, then the student can do the project outside the company without using the company premise or any company documents. Example of simple projects outside the company are conducting a risk evaluation of the risks in the processes of the school canteen, a traffic safety accident assessment in Singapore, an evaluation of the different types of ladder for safe use, measuring of the noise levels for a certain noisy environment, measuring of light/heat intensity exposure of a certain work activity etc. I had also attached the ethics documents templates. The 5 ethics documents to be submitted are: 1. Ethics Form 1 2. Ethics Form 2 3. Risk Assessment of the Project 4. Company Approval Letter 5. Draft Project Descriptor Report (Draft Only). The CBS Final Report word count is maximum 2500 words and the Project Descriptor Final Report word count is maximum 750 words. Do not exceed the word count and all word count must be indicated in the front cover page with Name of Student and Student LBU ID number. You must have a Cover Page and also a Content Page for both reports. Those who exceed the word count will be penalized and marks deducted. Those without cover page indicating the word count and student ID, will also be penalized.
