Task one (30 marks) Identify and explain one challenge facing your chosen company or service.
Task two (40 marks) Identify and analyse one solution to address the challenge identified in Task one, that is facing your chosen company or service.
Task three (30 marks) Explain how the company or service could practically implement the solution identified in Task two
Format of submission:
• You should include the name of your chosen company or service as the main heading of your submission, before writing your answers.
• Each task should be clearly identified in your submission with a suitable heading (eg Task 1, Task 2, Task 3).
• This is not an essay; therefore, an overall introduction and conclusion should not be included. • You should include a Harvard-formatted reference list at the end of the submission, which includes all cited sources.
• You should proofread your work prior to submission to reduce likelihood of errors.
ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
Task one:
• Coherent and logically structured explanation of the challenge facing the chosen company or service
• Clear indication of the influencing factors that have led to the challenge that the company or service is facing
• Use of appropriate theories or models to support explanation of challenge
• All explanations should be supported by current and relevant evidence and data that is accurately cited.
Task two:
• Identification of one solution with clear explanation of how it will address the challenge identified in Task one
• Analysis of the effectiveness and limitations of the solution in addressing the challenge
• Use of appropriate theories or models to support analysis of solution
• All explanations should be supported by current and relevant evidence and data that is accurately cited.
Task three:
• Coherent and logically structured explanation of the implementation of the solution identified in Task two
• Explanations should include details of the specific objective/planned output; inputs/resources; process/actual implementation; output/completion and measures of success.
• All explanations should be supported by current and relevant evidence and data, that is accurately cited.
