What am I required to do in this assignment?

Throughout the unit’s lectures and seminars you have had opportunities to discover and to develop yourself as an effective learner, using tools to find out your Belbin type, your learning style, your MBTI and others. These sorts of tests are frequently used by recruiters and assessments centres to determine a candidate’s suitability for a particular role.

You will produce a 10 minute reflective video presentation on how you can evidence what you have found out about yourself using the tools from the seminars. For example, if your MBTI is ISTJ, reflect on whether this is an accurate portrayal using your own experiences, in class or out of it, as evidence.

Your video must be available in a common format such as mp4. You may wish to use PowerPoint as a presentation tool but this is not compulsory.

How do I produce high quality work that merits a good grade?

·Your presentation should be prepared and practiced so that it is delivered in a professional manner. Speech must be clear and audible. Any visual aids such as slides must be clear, easy to read and visually appealing.

·This is a reflective assignment so you do not need to use references; you should instead give due consideration to how what you have found out about yourself matches (or refutes) your experiences.

·The tools used have included Honey & Mumford learning styles, Belbin roles, ELLI, MBTI. You are expected to reflect on each of them.
