The students are requested to complete a 3000 words report as the assessment for this module. This should cover all four learning outcomes as expressed in the marking criteria.

Part 1: A case analysis on Supply Chain ethical issues (About 800 words, 25% mark)

Please read the case of “Visionex, Inc.” company as indicated in the appendix and answer the questions following the case.

Part 2: A critical supply chain and/or operation strategy discussion, evaluation, and implementation for company Adidas: (About 2200 words, 75% mark)

(1)Discover what is the vision and/or mission of Adidas, and analyse its business strategy by using Porter's generic strategies model with critical discussion.
