A reputed client has been providing conference facilities to the educational market in Glasgow to Universities, Colleges and Schools for over 10 years. Due to the pandemic, they have been experiencing a decline in the occupancy due to manual booking and phone booking system for conferences. The management has recently looked into the problem and are looking for solutions to address the problem. The client is expected to support a large base of customer looking to book conference hire in terms of planning the events and booking many required facilities such as conference halls, catering facility along with the management of the conference process. 

There are various departments carrying out the process of booking, organising and managing the conferences in the given location within the premises at various floors and halls. They are looking for a provision to book catering as well. The system expected should be secure with users to access securely and there should be a provision to amend the bookings as needed based on the availability. The client is expecting a system which should work on most browsers and accessible 24/7. 

The details of equipment required for the rooms should be planned in advance and allocated for the conference. Conference rooms are available on various floors. Each conference booked should have a schedule which shows the start date, floor on which it is booked with details of start and end times of the conference. The system should record the number of participants attending the conference and accordingly meals needs to be planned. 

You work as a junior web developer for a leading company dealing with agile methodologies to provide web solutions for clients in the market. As part of your role, you have been asked to design and implement multipage website using Visual studio.Net & agile framework -SCRUM for the above case scenario. The project is to be divided in various stages based on the priority. You are expected to use agile approaches as the amendments to the system is quite common now-days due to the change in the rules and regulations in the market. 

Your report should be a minimum of 2000 words and should include following artefacts to meet the above learning outcome:

2. You must work in teams on the software artefact and demonstrate the artefact in the class.

3. You must write an individual report from the point of what you have carried out in the team. The details of group members and their responsibility to be discussed as well. Reflection on the project implementation in terms of what worked well and what did not work well to be given in the report. What in your opinion does the methodology meets the requirements of the client.
