Existing literature on key trends in the sector

You are a business consultant. Your client is the executive board of a single organisation in the same sector that you worked on in Assignment 1. They require advice on introducing OR improving performance in the use of the same strategy/practice you focused on in Assignment 1.

A short introduction to your research stating the scope and purpose and what you will talk about

An outline of the existing literature on the key trends in the sector (this should summarise what you learned about the sector and practice in the essay)

The question should seek to establish whether the specific business practice is suitable for your client

Summarise concisely your critical evaluation of the practice (based mainly on your assignment 1 essay)

You should summarise any research you have conducted in to the performance of your client’s company. You can present the findings succinctly as a SWOT analysis.

Critically evaluate how the introduction, change in use or continued use of the practice relates to the literature, to the sector, to your analysis of the organisation and evaluate how it is likely to impact on the organisation. IS this practice appropriate for use by your client?
