Identify TWO which seem to be most interesting and which your team is capable of carrying out.
Then “sell yourself as a consulting team” for these two projects.
This is competitive and requires a fully polished and carefully rehearsed sales pitch, if you are to be successful in winning the business for one of your chosen projects. You must not contact any client at this stage.
The overall aim is to persuade us that you would be the best team to meet the respective clients’ needs.
Explore the client’s business problem and briefly set it in context (target audience, competition, market)
Demonstrate the fit between the client’s requirements and the combined skills, expertise and experience of the team, giving specific examples.

It will be useful to apply techniques and ideas introduced in classes, for mapping skills against client needs. The main thing to ensure is that you make clear links between what you have to offer and what the client needs.
You are not required to solve the client’s problems or offer solutions at this stage.
As a consultancy team you will need to analyse the projects on offer.
