Covid-19 has hit almost every company across the globe and no company has remained uninfected from the impact of it. Same is the case with Azona Plc as company has seen change in many unforeseen areas and with workers working from home or remote areas. It has become difficult to work together and make a strong comeback to make company stand on feet again (Christa, 2021). This essay is about the strategies which will be needed to manage this situation and bring out some positive result.

Supply and production are most affected areas due to corona and now as the workers are working from home and very less employees are coming to company something needs to be changed. New planning method is needed for production as well as supply. In this case the plan should be in such a way that the production increases as it has been down for a long time due to Covid (Paul, 2020). It can also be said production strategy should be in such a way that the employees who are sitting at home can also be able to contribute to the company in much better way. And the people who are coming to the company can contribute in much more efficient way and can prove to be game changer. Even the way of supply has changed drastically after Covid. As now supply is limited or people are not interested to break their purse on the same. So the supply needs a proper research and needs a proper planning as well. Those areas should be identified where the supply is needed the most and those areas can be targeted as well A proper efficient planning is much needed for good result in favour of the company (Ivanov, 2020).

Whenever it looks like Plan A is not working one should immediately shift to plan B and most importantly in such a case where the company is not having a good result due to Covid reason. New goals and plans should be made and everyone should work on the same. New goals always encourage the employees as there is something new happening and goals should be made thinking about the condition of the market as well. Because goals which are out of reach or just impossible just brings the negative result and all goes in vain. New goals will bring an activeness feeling among the employees and they will be eager to work to achieve their goal. And proper planning is needed to achieve their goal and that is another important part. One should do proper planning as well so that the goal can be reached and employees know what to do, in respect to achieve that goal. A goal can always be achieved with proper planning as improper planning can always create some issues. Relationship about goals and plans should be taught as that is something which is the key to success in any organization. If one understands the relationship between the two then it will be easy to work and achieve that goal as well (Kristinae, 2020).

Redefining goals and plans

When a company is going through tough time due to such issue like Covid then there should be a control management as well. Such management controls the damage which has been caused. It can also be said due to such issue like Covid organisational crisis occurs and that causes a lot of problem. So there should be a team or management who can control the situation and can work in such a way that the organisational crisis isn’t a big problem anymore and the damage will be undone (Walker, 2020).

This type of leadership skills is needed in Azona Plc as the change in the system as well as organizational approach is also needed. The change also creates positive change in the employees of the company. And they also start working towards the goal of the company which is set up by the leaders (Hargis, 2011).

Control management

One more thing which is important to understand is that the leaders always plays an important role in such situation, as he holds up the employees together and keep them motivated to perform and also make sure that there is no signs of helplessness among the employees or lack of motivation among the employees. A leader will always make sure that the team of employees is doing well as his team is someone who will decide the fate of the company and will also make sure how much success they will achieve in the future. A successful leader will just not focus on strategy and planning but will also get indulge in employee’s life. It has been noted that successful leaders are just not about planning and plotting and they are much more than that. A leader will always make sure that there is no space for wrong environment in the organization as such environment always hurt the company and trouble the company in making successful results. A leader also should not worry about the risk a lot because great organization always need some risk because without risk, success isn’t achieved. One more thing, which a leader is require to remember during the performance of work is just not about quantity, which will make his organization successful but it is also Quality factor which will turn the tables in his side. A transformation leadership is the way to go when a company gets badly affected by some external issues (Anbu, 2019).
