What is the purpose of the study and how will it be carried out?
The research objectives are:
1. To focus on payment schemes (rewards, recognition and facilities of incentives) to the labour section of industry in order to motivate them.
2. To focus on effective communication with employees so that they know what is the work in progress.
3. To focus on developing relationships with employees so they feel inspired during working hours.
4. To focus on developing a genuine and consistent working environment to boost team performance.
In order to carry out the objectives and continue the assignment the researcher will try to meet these objectives in the literature chapter by reviewing it appropriately using the research paper of other scholars.
The research methodology…
Data collection method is based on the research issues, hypothesis and the evaluation made on the outcomes. In this case, the primary data collection method will have to be taken. The researcher here will use the primary data collection method purposely. The primary method is chosen to conduct the interview session by taking into account statements of experts. The researcher will use the primary qualitative method for conducting the interview of four managers from Tata Industry to know their viewpoint and for maintaining the originality of the information and its sources. The sources are based on the factors comprising proper treatment of labourers in the Tata Industry. The researcher has gatekeeper approval for the collection of primary data.
On the other hand, if there are any kinds of risks during the session of the interview like internet connection, time management or if the managers refuse to take part then the researcher will try to use different ways without affecting others. The researcher can provide and explain why the interview and the collection of the information are important for the assignment.
Interview Questions
For this study, any four managers of Tata Industry will be selected for the interview sessions. All of them will receive the consent form before the interview for their approval.
1. Do you think providing proper training to the labourers can be useful?
2. What is your opinion about the implementation of labour theory of value for the growth of the economy?
3. Do you agree that properly trained employees will increase the productivity levels and profitability as well as the loyalty to the brand?
4. To what extent do you agree that a great number of educated employees in the concern are not getting satisfactory promotions because of lack of training in technical ground?
5. Do you think formation of skill and development among the labour is required?
