Use examples to illustrate your answers.
2.Alvesson and Sveningsson (2003) call into question a mainstream view of the distinction between management and leadership. In relation to organisational leadership in any specific industry, explain how far you agree with their main points.
3.Define bureaucracy as an organisation form. What are its advantages and disadvantages and what alternative organisational designs have superseded it in recent decades?
4.What is meant by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)? Are corporate ‘net zero’ carbon emission plans evidence of CSR in action? Critically assess corporate net zero plans, indicating what impact they will have on climate change.
5.You are the marketing manager of a company. Explain the importance of customer relationship management and describe the major trends that are affecting customer relationship management for your company. Identify your approaches to gain customer insights and develop strategies for creating value for customers and capturing value from customers.
