Consider and critically reflect on your own consumption patterns over the last 12 months in relation to you what you consider to be a luxury product of your choice supported by some appropriate marketing theory you have encountered in this module. It doesn't have to be a luxury brand, but something that you feel is a luxury purchase. Be sure to have clear concluding remarks.
This is a reflective assignment and the purpose is to talk about the purchase of a certain product we I find as luxury. The product chosen is the play station 5. This product was chosen based on my emotional needs of wanting to own a game right from childhood.
You need to use theories relevant to this course, the reference style should be gotten from gamers eg YouTube reviewers who talk about and analyse the playstation and a screenshot of the individual and page should be noted. This is an essay and should highlight key points of the product (playstation 5) the need to purchase, my behaviour patterns, the emotional need and backstory that lead to my purchase and also the experience and journey gotten from this. Also include the price and the rush and buzz around social media platforms when it came.
