ASSIGNMENT TASK

Your consultancy practice has been approached by a recognised new client who is Kingston University London. You view this as a new business opportunity for a sustained and ongoing partnership with them.

The Principal of Kingston University London is planning to build a new building within the area of Penrhyn Road campus. This building will have 2 auditoriums that comprising 200 seats each, high specification technology, and multimedia theatre with air conditioning and comfortable tiered seating that provides excellent visibility. The auditorium will feature a full size interactive screen and computer driven presentation facilities that is perfect for conferences, lectures and presentations. The budget provided for this new building is £10 million and is expected to be completed within 2 years period.

The new building is to be developed on the site next to the Kingston university main building. The old service building will need to be demolished to allow access to the new building.
