 When is Courier will raise it by the patient enquiry will assign to the doctor and doctor will resolve the patient queries and in background there is a batch processes running and within the five minutes the case will allocated to the doctor will give the resolution within the 15 minutes and these cases continuously monitoring by the admin department

AI intelligent Chat and Manual chat:

The second situation we have open the chat window system with the doctor, Dr will accept the patient request and open the chat then the patient will ask the girls to the doctor through chart and if any PDF documents or Excel documents or any documents is there so our system will support to send the documents via email

In this system, I have planned UI page and it expecting patient details and patient queries in Patient Consultation form and system will send the complete patient details to Server and server will keep all information in DB as a text format.

Our system is taking patient queries in the form asynchronous and internally system will validate the patient request, once patient details and payment details done then system will allocate the patient case to available doctors.to allocate the patient cases to doctors by using batch job processing systems like listeners

In this system we are maintaining reports to give best results to Patients and also we also maintain all Patient records into our database.

In this system patient can also allow users to cancel their booking anytime. There is no need of money and a safe installment passage has been utilized to pay the necessary expenses utilizing their record or charge or MasterCard.

Payment system will completely handle by admin team and system also monitoring the transactions and each transaction will validate by admin team and approve the transaction and assign the cases to doctor.

In this system patient will pay the money using payment gate way [here I am planning to use dummy payment system] and Health consulting system has own administration team and they are the stakeholders of this system and they always monitoring the patient cases and patient details and payment details also.

In future my project will flexible to move the dummy payment gateway to original payment gate way, but we need to follow the below points to implement the payment gate way in better manner.

Developing your own payment gateway is slightly complicated and comes with lots of compliance issues. So, assume for the time being this is not an option. Now, there are various payment gateways available in market you can choose the one which fits your requirements. The parameter of appropriate selection could be transaction currency, country, transaction fee, withdraw charges, fraud detection and mitigation system, charge back transaction charges, ease of integration etc. About integrating a gateway, there are two types of integration possible

·Form based

·API based

The need you mentioned fall under the category of API based gateway.

Form based gateway is the one which, in which user is redirected to the gateway provider site and their user enters credit card and other details, once payment confirmed gateway provider notifies back through various means like HTTP call back etc.

API based is the one in which you display your own form at your website. Gateway provider provides an integration API kit to make a call to the gateway. Capture all the details like cc details... etc. at your end and pass all the details to the gateway provider by calling the API integrated.

As far as efforts are concern, form based gateways are easier to integrate. I would suggest you to go ahead with form based gateways. This way you don’t need to put much effort of programming.

By using this application patient will raise or post their problems/diseases/remedies and system automatically [2] assign patient cases to appropriate doctor and doctor will give the solution, In this way we completely maintain patient and doctor records and whenever required to giver the better solution to patient then doctors will use for audit purpose.

Individuals can become more acquainted to decide the doctor or to visit any specialist of their decision. By utilizing this online application, client/patient will have the option to know and access the complete doctor profile of each enlisted specialist in our application. Specialist's profile incorporates data with respect to their expert experience, rehearsing permit, instructive foundation, center timings, working days, facility availability and other patient audits too. 1.2 Motivation

I realize to do the project for people who are not able to connect/communicate the doctor, if patient doesn’t get the treatment with in the time might be it will risk for her/his life, so I don’t want to happen these situations for any patient. Hence my application will use for communicate the doctors in safe manner and also time saving.

2. Aims and Objectives:

2.1. Aim:

By using this application patient will raise or post their problems/diseases/remedies and system automatically assign patient cases to appropriate doctor and doctor will give the solution, In this way we completely maintain patient and doctor records and whenever required to giver the better solution to patient then doctors will use for audit purpose.

Here planning, my Aim will be divided into layer level architecture manner, so in this way I can easily segregate the goals based on the layers.

First I have planned to complete the all UI templates design and validating the UI template forms. Coming to validation, validating form fields and UI design and look and feel and cosmetic changes... Etc.

Second will implement the backend design using java technologies and implementing the business functionality which we have already gather the business functionality in requirement phase and I have maintained each business functionality in document under the requirement phase.

Third one is most important and in this I have planned to configure the server configuration in tomcat and we as my application will plan to deploy in to Amazon cloud using EC2 (Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud) mechanism [9].

vFourth one I have maintained the DB architecture and Master data, also planning to take backups based on fixed time intervals.

2.2. Objective:

The main objectives of this was to develop an Online Health Consulting System application. The main purpose of ‘OHCS’ implementing this application was to create a system through which a patient can easily compare [1], choose and make an online appointment for a doctor just by sitting at home.

The second objective was to replace manual medical file keeping system with online database management system. The reason behind creating this system was the “trend of private medical clinics” and manual medical file keeping system. Online Health Consulting System application aims to improve quality medical care by bringing all medical clinics of the city at one platform, eliminating long waiting lines and replacing manual medical file keeping with an online database
