The purpose of this assignment is to allow you an opportunity to demonstrate the ability to complete independent research from secondary sources.
You are required to submit a project plan (proposal) of 500 words that identify the project’s aim, objectives, key areas to be focused upon, key sources (literature) that are likely to be drawn upon and a timeline of activities. It will however not involve empirical research and research participants. Thus, the project must be based on secondary data.
Also, students are required to undertake a sustained piece of academic work on a negotiated topic that they agree with the module tutor. This project plan or proposal will need to be on a topic related to a student’s intended area of future study.
Students are expected to submit a project report. The project report will be 2000 words covering title, aim, objectives, literature review, methodology and conclusion.
This is individual assignment. The University of Leeds Trinity/Waltham International College will apply in all cases of copying, plagiarism, or any other methods by which students have obtained (or attempted to obtain) an unfair advantage.
The final work must be submitted in as a project report must cover relevant components with an appropriate report format for a project. The word limit for this assignment is 2000. Harvard referencing must be used throughout the report.
Please follow LTU policy regarding handing in of assignment. Also, ensure that the assignment is handed in on time and retain a copy of your submitted receipt.
