You work for a Management Consultancy that has been appointed to review ASC Services Ltd current operating strategy.  You have been asked to produce a report for the Managing Directors of ASC Services Ltd that investigates the following points:

1.Review of current clients/customers through a value analysis tool. (This will be covered in the online live sessions and a Business Management Canvas Summary submitted)

2.Current market conditions and proposed future markets to allow the company to sustain its current financial and market position and to have a sustainable strategy for the future.

3.Identification of the current operating strategy and areas that need to be changed to ensure the sustainable future of the company.

Explanation of what is required and answers to any queries will be provided at the initial briefing stage.  Certain assumptions will have to be made as to ASC Services Ltd, and these should be identified at the front of the report.

Assessment Criteria

·Understanding and application of theories

·Correct use of terminology, techniques, etc.

·Relevance of examples and scenarios

·Quality of referencing and sourcing of material (evidence)

·Quality of presentation

·Correct structuring of the report

The assignment will be marked as follows:

20% Customer Value Analysis (Business Management Canvas Summary)

30% Current market analysis and future market projections

20% Current operating strategy

20% Changes to operating strategy

10% Quality and structure of the submission (in particular adhering to the word count and quality of source material and referencing)

Submission Details:

The report should be no longer than 2500 words and is to be submitted electronically through assignments on Canvas.  Any problems should be notified to the Module Leader.

Penalties for late work will be applied in accordance with standard University guidelines.
