Scenario

In today’s world, there is a huge demand for companies to leverage digital technologies Companies, therefore, seek advice in terms of how this can be done appropriately. You are an independent digital business consultant. You have been approached by an organisation (your client) requesting for your services.

Choose any organisation for the task to be your client. The company can be product or service based.

Task 1: Provide a brief description of the client organisation. Identify and evaluate major innovations and digital technologies that your client is using. (LO1)

Task 2: Assess how these innovations and digital technologies affect organisational development. Examine the pros and cons of these technologies. (LO2)

Task 3: Discuss how the said innovations and digital technologies impact on data and knowledge management in process of decision making in your client’s organisation. Justify your statements. (LO3)
