In this homework, you will summarize a book, Winning Decisions by Russo and Schoemaker. The book explains the utmost initial step to win a game. It is the problem framing - more precisely, a winning framing. Framing is a very important initial step because it almost determines the chance of winning. If you do not lead the framing in a fight, it is hard to win. Generally, the most important thing in sports is the pose. When you throw, kick, hit a ball, your pose is more important than your muscle power. It is the same. When you fight in a war, you have to lure the enemy into a place where you can win. It is the same in a business or any issues. Before you solve a problem, do not just jump into it. It is like diving into the ocean without diving equipment. Always, you must identify the real problem first and put it in a frame where you can solve it under available resources. The book introduces you to a systematic way to frame and approach a problem in shape you can win. Please do this homework for your career and life, not just to pass this course.
