This assignment is the second one of this module and it should be based on the first assignment secenario which I will attach to this message. First assignment Scenario: Warley Plumbing Solutions (WPS) is a small plumbing company based in Liverpool, UK. With over 15 years of experience, the company is well-placed to advise the clients about cost-effective solutions for installations for home and offices. Their reputation has been developed through hard work and reliability by having competent and skilled engineers. The company employs two directors, one receptionist, three office administrators, one operations manager, two marketing executives, and nine engineers. The company uses manual operations and hard copy file systems to manage clients’ data. Although the company has successfully assisted well over 300 clients, the increased number of clients has led to an increased workload and thus requires a more effective management system to keep records of goods and services provided. Realising the benefits computerised environment can bring, the company now intends to digitise data and create a network to share the data and resources centrally. The company has therefore decided to buy software and hardware, build a website as well as implement a network to access and share centralised files stored on a local server. WPS also wishes to implement smart technology to optimize the delivery platform by driving efficiencies, streamlining online calls to their customers, increasing inclusive and personalised view, maximizing value and creating new KPIs and standardising processes. Unfortunately, WPS does not have an IT department at present, so they have approached your company, ProSol Tech, to advise them on the best possible solution to implement this project.
