You can use the reflective journal tool as a basis
Deadline December 4 2021 via Turnitin on Blackboard
The reflective journal you have been asked to keep is to help you to become more self-aware of your intercultural skills. There are no wrong or right things to write about. They can help you focus on issues during your interactions.
You can include these as an appendix after the essay if you wish. However, these are not considered when marking the essay.
Write a reflective essay based on your analysis of your reflective journal and other experiences. The title is: “A reflective and critical summary of my attitudes and behaviours in my interactions”.
You should reflect on what the reflective journal and questionnaire reveals about you by:
Summarising the findings (descriptive)
Commenting on the findings (analytical, critical, using theories where possible to support your analysis)
Reflecting on what you can do to develop your intercultural skills, if you think you need to do so, if not, explain why not (action plan).
This has to be written as an analytical essay so it has to coherent and cohesive with a proper structure and an argument with an appropriate academic style.
