1.You are required to submit one detailed plan of this report for the group, which will be discussed and peer-reviewed in class. If you do not submit and pass this formative assessment work then the mark for the final report will be capped .

2.Your mark for the effectiveness of the group working will be based on your own self-assessment together with a peer assessment by your colleagues and will be moderated by the class tutor based on your presentation and her observations. This will be submitted individually and marks for members of the group may vary;

3.All members of the group are collectively responsible for ensuring that all of the preparation work and the final report are completed to a standard with which they are all satisfied, within the time available.

Coronavirus  Pandemic: Conversion  of  Sports  centres  to  Nightingale Hospital- Temporary  hospitals that  are  in place to  treat  Covid  patients in the UK.The smallest of the  three  schemes is  the  Manchester  Central  will have  capacity for 1,000  patient  beds and NEC in Birmingham and ExCel in London have  capacity for 5,000  beds.

Q: Write an academic report that addresses the following from a Project Management Perspective that addresses the following

Create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) around 20 work packages that details the activities involved in all phases of the lifecycle including project management activities.

Using the work packages from  your WBS create a network  diagram (ND) including the duration, ES/EF, LS/LFand float time estimates and showing any dependencies on previous packages. Highlight the critical path(s) in your diagram.

Using  the  packages, durations and  dependencies from your ND create a resource- levelled schedule and Gantt chart for your project to show the sequence in which the packages will be completed.

Critically analyse how the project manager may use these tools to plan, monitor and manage the  scope and  delivery of the  project to meet client requirements, including any changes that may be required during the course of the project.
