You work as a "Trainee Consultant" with Stuart and Allen Associates, a major leadership and management consulting firm. They are approached by a client who is a 'big name' in the fast-food sector. The firm is currently undergoing a merger with another firm, resulting in some challenges and problems related to leadership and management of the merged entity.
