Choose any organisation, it may be your current employer or if not currently working, any organisation of your choice and:
1) Explain the importance of developing emotional intelligence in the workplace and the relationship between emotional intelligence, effective management communication and business advantage.
2) Critically evaluate ‘models of emotional intelligence’ you can apply to your chosen organisation and explain the extent to which you think they are appropriate in meeting the development needs of the individual.
3) Critically appraise the importance of emotional intelligence and mindfulness in the workplace and how developing emotional intelligence can help an organisation to gain competitive advantage.
