Part A:

The existential threat of Covid-19 pandemic has forced almost all organisations universally to make rapid and radical transformation.

You are required to submit a report of 3000 words (+ or – 10%). With reference to your workplace or choose a Profit-making organisation of your preference, research and write a report on the quality and change management. Your report should demonstrate your critical thinking ability and proper APA referencing. It should include but not limited to the following:

i) Critically assess the internal and external factors which drive the need for change, especially on quality.

ii) Critically evaluate the current approaches to quality management

iii) Describe and justify the implementation of change based on quality and change theories.

iv) Discuss how to ensure a smooth change in the organisation.

v) Recommend appropriate quality improvement strategies.

Part B:

Based on Part A’s choice, develop a quality management plan to enhance the quality system of the chosen company. Use relevant theories and concepts.

Task: Prepare a 3000 words (+ or – 10%) quality management plan that outlines the:

1) Rationale and background for your plan (approximately 800 words)

2) Lays out your plan (approximately 1000) words.

3) Discuss how you are going to implement your plan (approximately 1200) words.
