The required is two parts

1. Introduction: Introduction about the dataset which information about the dataset in details like history and etc. Introducing about the dataset that it's related to new york and it's updated every year. Mainly info about data history

2. Describing the dataset: you will give a preliminary description of the 311 data. It should include pictures and tables and a data dictionary and be presented in an r markdown document called ii.Rmd. It should be included along with its rendered version, ii.pdf.
