Practice Analysis & Education Plan Purpose To provide you for the opportunity to actively apply the key concepts learnt from your critical analysis of the theories, methods and skills associated with effective clinical governance. Process: this assignment is comprised of 2 parts: Practice Analysis: critically analyze the structures in place within your current practice environment that support: front line healthcare professionals and patients/families to communicate.
