Chapters to Prepare for Exam

its not an assignment its a exam which will starts at 11;30 am-1;30 pm according to vancouver canada timing. there will be 4 questions. i am attaching textbook. Below are the chapters that should be prepared for exam. Exam is of 35% and i need 30% because i have not enough grades to get pass. Instructor will send me questions in email and i need to write answers on sheet by hand and then send it back on email to instructor. You need to send me answers one by one. be sure to do trees for #10 and 11 over and over (pg 179 test will have: draw structures like the ones for 13 on pg 180 practise those but mostly questions in sets: 9 10 & 11 on 179 to practise and will be another question like the tense phrases ones in Ex 5 pg 178 so be ready to do - Inversion question - Verb raising question - WH- movement, inversions ... as in WH- words, such as who, where (can you make a phrase make same sense if you substitute phrases of names, or persons with "WHO" instead can you sub locations, destinations with "WHERE" prob good idea to find Youtube on this drawing the WH- phrase structure, and the WH- movement, I sent you a link the other day ... do same as "trees" in the workbook test won't be long only one question on each topic (so 4 altogether I think) but he is giving us 1 1/2 hour and will have us send in our papers, then will go over the answers after all are submitted exam also includes TP, CP, Move, Tests for phrase structure and
