In Chapter 6 the major types of employment interviews are examined. Review each of these interview types in detail. Summarize one of these formats and then outline which type YOU would prefer to use if you were conducting an interview. Explain your reasoning using critical thinking and information specific to this interview format to demonstrate your full understanding and knowledge.
