In Chapter 6 you studied the steps and objectives of the selection process, the tools used to screen applicants and pre-employment testing.  The purpose of this assignment is to connect theory that has been studied and apply it to a scenario.  This assignment will reflect your understanding of the reading and in-class lecture material and demonstrate your ability to research and communicate your ideas and report on relevant information related to the theory.

In Chapter 6 the major types of employment interviews are examined.  Review each of these interview types in detail.  Summarize one of these formats and then outline which type YOU would prefer to use if you were conducting an interview.  Explain your reasoning using critical thinking and information specific to this interview format to demonstrate your full understanding and knowledge.
