As a destination marketer finding your Value Proposition is an essential step in matching a visitor's specific travel desires with the product or service you offer. The Value Proposition will give the visitors the compelling reason they see to visit your destination. Provide those reasons.
3. Customer Relation Management (CRM) - Provide examples on how the province is using digital technology to analyze tourist interactions and improving tourist relationships and experiences. Include strategies and technologies (4marks).

Using the Marketing Mix strategies from our class please fill out the following information.
1. Product/ Services: (the market offerings). What is the reason for tourists to be attracted to the capitol city? What is it the city tourism known for? What experiences, products and services do they offer the tourist? (2 marks)
2. Price: What are the costs of those experiences / products or service? (2 marks)
3. Place (distribution): how do the products / services get into the hands of the customers or how will the tourist be able to experience this destination?). How will tourists find out about the products, services, and prices? (2 marks)
4. Promotion: (advertising, merchandising, personal selling and promotion, public relations, and digital marketing). What type of promotions can you see that showcases the capitol goals when it comes to Corporate Social Responsibility? What type of promotions are you currently observing to encourage tourists to visit?
How are they adding their Corporate Social Responsibility message in their campaigns? Highlight the digital channels they are using to spread the word. Provide images, advertisements, and videos etc. to support your answer.
