The attached pdf views show the building design elevation and sections in the imperial unit previously used by the company. The building is a light-frame wood residential home with a gable roof (slope 8/12). The building has two storeys and a basement. The basement walls construction is a concrete raft foundation. Fig 1 to 4 shows the floor plans generated in the Metric unit. Fig 5 shows the level information for the building (Follow the formula to find out actual elevation).

1. Develop a complete BIM model using Revit. Follow the notes given in the proceeding section to develop the model. Submit Revit model in *.rvt format and follow naming convention StudentID_Building.rvt (30 Marks)

2. Create Layouts from the BIM model for basement, ground/Level 1 and second-floor plans with proper scale and page setup and print pdf in Tabloid paper size. You can create multiple layouts or a single layout with proper scale but make one pdf file to upload. Submit pdf file StudentID_PlanLayouts.pdf (20 Marks)

You can create multiple layouts or a single layout with proper scale but make one pdf file to upload. Submit pdf file StudentID_ElevationSection.pdf (20 Marks)
