Financial Market and Ratio Analysis Assignment

Purpose

The purpose of this assignment is to enhance learners’ understanding on financial market and ratio analysis.

Assignment 1

Financial market is an intermediary between those who have surplus of funds with those who are in need of funds. Explain the functions and roles of money market and capital market, and discuss how these roles affect the financial market in Malaysia.

Assignment 2

Select any TWO companies listed in the telecommunication and media sector, on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia. Analyse the companies’ financial performance for the year 2018.
