Conduct a self-assessment on yourself using Strengths-Weaknesess (of SWOT methodology) or any other methods you think appropriate. The self-assessment shall focus on personal factors relevant to your career aspiration. Identify the gap from the self-assessment analysis in which may have adverse effect on your career aspiration.

Malaysia’s population is moving towards the ageing population.
“Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM) recorded that those aged 65 years and above increased from 2.24 million to 2.34 million between 2019 and 2020 – at 7.15% of the total population of 32.73 million. Beyond that, according to economist and academician Dr Norma Mansor who’s the Director of Social Wellbeing Research Centre, Universiti Malaya in a New Straits Times article (Jan 25, 2021), those 65 and above are projected to double to 14% by 2044 and to 20% by 2056 at the current trajectory, thus, making Malaysia to be classified as a “super-aged” nation.”
On behalf of your organisation’s talent management office, propose a new Talent Management Best Practices to recruit, train and retain older workers for your organisation.

You are being asked by your organization to review the current employee benefits. Rethinking the employee benefits after the global workforce experience of Covid-19 must be considered in your review. To achieve this objective, you must conduct a simple survey among the employees in your organization.
Develop an employee benefit questionnaire by listing out various benefits which the employees may rate as important and not important. You may use a simple Likert-scale type instrument. Include the questionnaire as part of your answer script. You may ask between 15-20 questions.
REMARK: At least 20-person response and attach the questionnaire in appendix. If google survey can be attach the google survey. Limit to 5 is demographic question and balance 10 question to be benefit.
