Ensure that you discuss any challenge(s) to be resolved with the selected project and also make a strong case how the selected project will resolve the identified challenges.(a(i)-Aspects of Project Charter, 5.0Marks)(ii)Complete the following sections of the Project Charter(Appendix A) for yourselectedproject:•High-Level Requirements.•High-Level Risks.This part of your project, will allow you to continue to further define some of the selectedproject parameters and strategies. At this stage, there is no need to drill down into extremely detailed specifics on these two aspects as they will be explored and assessed in depth later.
