Remember, this is a group assignment and you should coordinate/collaborate with your fellow students. It is strongly advised you contact your group members as soon as possible. - The maximum duration of your presentation is 4 minutes per student - The workshop provides "the basics" for your presentation, and using your phone to record (as explained in the workshop) is an option that should be practicable for all students. If you are tech-savvy and able to record your presentation in a different way, you are allowed to do so. Keep in mind the advice regarding recording yourself as explained in the video. - The presentation primarily focuses on assessing your presentation skills. While your arguments should, of course, be correct, what is expected is a fluent, interesting and coherent presentation. - There is also no easy answer for any of the legal rules that apply to the case, and you should select and argue those that best protect your interest. It might be helpful to consider the amendments to the Companies Act (Links to an external site attached here https://www.companiesoffice.govt.nz/covid-19/relief-measures/.) in response to Covid-19. - We will assess your presentation skills, and visual aids are part of that. However, as the presentation is now a video recording it will be difficult (if not impossible for some) to use a powerpoint or other visual aids. With this in mind, we will focus on whether your presentation is fluent, coherent, well structured, and interesting. If using visual aids is not possible or would negatively affect your presentation (eg be distracting or take focus away from you) you should not use it.
