We know this notion is talking about finding new sources to face when the reduction in average unit cost is no longer possible through further increases in facility size.  SO, Amazon is trying to develop drone to delivery(the issue I guess will be the privacy infringement and something else)

The first part of your report body should be a quite short discussion of the topic/theory that you have chosen to investigate. Search out a number of different information sources such as academic journals, newspapers, magazines, and textbooks to see what a number of different authors have written on the subject.

Present these various ideas in the form of a literature review which is a clear and concise summary of the major points or common themes you perceive to be emerging from the articles and books that you have read.

Your literature review should make note the specific rationale for adopting these theories (i.e., what are the anticipated benefits to the practitioner who wants to make use of them?). If there are any limitations to the theories presented, what do authors, or even yourself, think that they are?

In particular, you should attempt to identify those characteristics and/or practices that would identify the successful adoption of the theoretical concepts into practice. This should provide a coherent link between a review of the theoretical concepts discussed in the literature and the company you have chosen to discuss.

The second, main part of the report body requires you to identify and describe a company that is supposedly a practitioner of the topic you have been discussing. You should begin by providing a brief background to the company – outlining, as needed, its history or the environment it operates in, in order to give the readers some idea of how it had come to adopt the concept you have chosen.

Case study report, you are required to investigate one of the topics (or a suitable sub-topic)Your report should then examine in some depth how well the company you are discussing has adopted the practices suggested by the concept you have chosen. The key to a good grade is that you choose a company where you can find sufficiently detailed information in relation to your chosen topic to write about issues like:

Has this company successfully implemented the concepts that you have described? How has it achieved this? Are there any discrepancies between the theoretical concepts and the way they have been implemented in practice? Why is this?
