Task 1: Literature Review on Innovation Leadership Characteristics

This assessment covers MBI Learning Outcome 4. Students are expected to : Critique and summarize best practices for innovation leadership Assessment Description: Take an example of an innovation leadership success story and evaluate what made this a success. The internet is full of success stories of innovative entrepreneurs. You may search for innovative organizations, such as Microsoft, Apple, Google, Amazon, Facebook, Oracle, PayPal, Tencent, Alibaba, Tesla, P&G, etc.

Task 1: You need to conduct a general literature review on innovation leadership, and highlight the characteristics of good leaders (entrepreneurs).

Task 2: Select an innovation leadership success story. Evaluate in detail and mention what made this a success.

Task 3: You need to make a critique on the generalization and applicability of the identified innovation leadership style to at least one new or failing company. This is a group assignment and I supposed to do only task 3 and topic for task 3 is " Blockbuster" as a failing company. need to make a few changes in the below-attached file such as need to make a critique on the failing company that is blockbuster related to how they have wrongly applied or not applied at all innovation leadership. what strategy on leadership went wrong basically.
