1. Provide a comprehensive list of Globalization and technological innovations (8 items each) impacting the current IT projects. Identify specific items under each element based on your experience and research work. Provide analysis on the project impact which includes risks and mitigating factors. Provide your findings in an excel table using columns and row

2.  a. Identify 5 key literature on agile method adoption in total. Do analysis on each to capture the project complexity information that would have been a major reason for the change for agile approach. For each complexity identified from an individual paper clear identify how an agile approach (method practice) addresses the complexity.  You must target all three major groups of project complexities identified in the lecture.

b. Based on the above, provide 3 to 4 themes (even more if you can) by analyzing  the data your has come up with in part a.  Provide a table with rows and columns which lists the themes with various complexities. 

3. a. Provide a list of IT projects covering four different decades (80s, 90s, 2000s, and 2010s) - 3 to 4 for each decade. Based on PM experiences provide perspective on  each project’s likely critical issues, risks, and challenges (2 each) including commenting on the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and on expertise/skills of PM and team roles.   

b. Based on the above, provide 3 to 4 themes (even more if you can) by analyzing  the data you has come up with in part a.  Provide a table with rows and columns which lists the themes with various complexities.
