You want to develop an avocado orchard and export the fruit. NZ has a growing avocado market and the season is different from the Northern hemisphere, which gives complementary harvesting times. You will need to assess the size of orchard, the business case and determine the channel partners you can use and the target markets for your fruit.

1. Present the business case for the avocado operation.

2. Determine the WBS and present the timetable for the development, through to selling and distributing fruit.

3. Who will be in the project team and in the operation once the operation has been fully developed?
