A rule of thumb for structuring your arguments/ paragraphs is statement-example-explanation. Statement refers to the point you are trying to make. In this case it is the operations management technique/concept that Noodles & Company uses to enable the company to meet its competitive priorities. Example is where you refer to specific details from the case that demonstrates the technique/ concept. Finally, you need to explain/ elaborate on why and how this technique/ concept will help the restaurant to meet its competitive priorities. Another way to approach the explanation is to think about the benefits of implementing such techniques. 4. A little similar to 3, but remember to link your points back to the question as much as possible! This way you can be sure that you have actually answered the question.
