ASSIGNMENT TASK-2 Develop a case-study of a New Zealand Based organisation (SKYCITY Entertainment Group) exploring their contemporary organisational behavioural practices. Your focus must engage in how the current practices of Organisational Behaviour, as taught in class, apply in the real world. You need to focus and emphasize on the application, interpretation and understanding of theory and how it applies in the real world for organisational success. The selected organisation must be well researched and you need to explore the following areas of organisational behaviour: 1. The determinants of workplace behaviour Based in the exploration and analysis of the theories taught in class briefly critically analyse the determinants of workplace behaviour within your chosen organisations, including: ? Using problem-solving and decision-making techniques map out a plan to engage with stakeholders to resolve the issue identified. ?
