Choose a series of designed learning experiences you delivered on practicum. These could be learning experiences you were formally observed for or other learning experiences you delivered during your time in the learning organisation.•Provide the learning design documents (lesson plans, unit plans or any other supporting documentation) that includes planning for how you intended to evaluate the quality of the learning experience.•Write an evaluation that answers the following questions:a. How successfully did the learning experiences achieve the stated objectives for all learners? As you answer, describe the strengths and limitations of the learning experience and give reasons to support your points. Consider aspects of delivering the experience that were both inside and outside of your control.b. Provide the evidence you have to support the judgements you made in the previous question – how do you know your evaluation is correct? This evidence could include: student voice, outcomes of the learning experience, and/or feedback from your associate teacher.c. Describe how you would adapt the design of the learning experience to improve its effectiveness if you were to deliver it again.Design refers to analysis, establishing prior learning, choice of activities, sequencing, pedagogical and content choices as well asplanning in general. Consider additions or adaptations to resources, different approaches and learning steps for individual learners that would improve the learning experience.d.
