Research Project 2 (2000-2500 words) The purpose of the second research project is to consider the knowledge/skills that you believe are most important to being successful in accounting and accounting-related professions. Use your internship experiences to guide your understanding of the most critical knowledge/skills. Requirements: 1)

 

Consider the tasks that you completed during your internship. You can use your weekly journal (see Industry Workplace Evaluation requirements) as a reference for these tasks. 2) Based on the tasks you were assigned during your internship, explain the most important knowledge/skills needed to complete these tasks. 3) Research the personal attributes/skills that are associated with success in accounting and accounting-related professions.

 

Describe these attributes/skills in your research project. You may use current industry analyses, practitioner publications, academic studies, or interviews to collect this information and include APA style references. 4) Prepared a personal plan for developing your own knowledge/attributes/skills in the areas you identified in requirement 3 above.
