EMBA 501 Leading and Managing People in Organisations

Blog writing guideline and instructions:

Write a blog (2500 words) suitable for publication on a website. Students must write the assignment (blog) using the following structure. Plagiarism maximum 15%.

Blog: Leadership and Management 

Write a blog about “Earning Money Online”  (Organizational Perspective, Youtube) by following below instructions

1. Introduction:
2. Leadership styles
3. Management skills
4. Communications skills
5. Ethical decision making

All students note the following conditions:

1. Each student must select a specific topic (area) of interest for Blog Writng. This should be elaborated as the objective of the blog in the Introduction section of the assignment.
2. Two students must NOT select the same topic. This is to ensure that a student should not copy from another student's work with a view to avoiding plagiarism. 
3. Although, this is an individual assignment, each student’s written blog must be commented by other students of the group. So, student must work in a team/group environment.
4. Assignment groups is formed taking 3-4 students in each group. Each group formed by students must be approved by the lecturer before the start of writing the blog.
