CHAPTER 2. Review of literature This is the second chapter in your report. Here you are basically going to critically review the state of knowledge on the chosen topic. Also, you should select a theoretical framework. As much as possible, review the most recent literature. Of course, there are some seminal works which might date back decades, if appropriate do cite them as well. No one can state the exact number of research papers that should be cited. The more you cite the better it is. However, for the purpose of this report, a minimum of 15 articles should be cited. Remember the same citations can be used in the introduction as well. 1.Theoretical conceptualization (select a theory, identify the main variables, explain the relationship, state limitations) - Identify a theory and conceptualize study within the theoretical framework. 2. Select as many research articles from peer review journals related to your topic, ensure that they reflect the latest trends in your area of interest. While critically analyzing do pay attention to the following • Objective • Methodology • Main findings • Limitations (theoretical as well as methodological) End the review of literature with a brief summary and specific research questions and hypotheses. Research questions • Specify a broad research question • Specify three specific research questions and corresponding hypotheses? What is the relationship between the resilience in the healthcare sector during COVID-19 and the risk of anxiety in frontline healthcare professionals in Singapore? What is the relationship between the resilience in the healthcare sector during COVID-19 and the burnout of frontline healthcare professionals in Singapore?
