(b) Procedure # 6: describe three items in Detailed Audit Findings and Communication to those charged with Governance, ensure you describe clearly your audit findings in three columns

(i) Recommendation,

(ii) Observation/Weakness and
(iii) Management Response

(c) All remaining procedures
